Что написать в письме
- модель iPhone и версию iOS;
- версию игры:
ПРОФИЛЬ → ОБ ИГРЕ;
- код профиля: строка «Гостевой профиль: …» на экране ПРОФИЛЬ;
- что случилось и, если можно, снимок экрана.
Если играет ребёнок, лучше, чтобы письмо написал взрослый.
Частые вопросы
Нужна ли регистрация?
Нет. При первом запуске игра сама создаёт гостевой профиль. Имя, email и пароль не нужны.
Как удалить аккаунт и данные?
В приложении: ПРОФИЛЬ → УДАЛИТЬ АККАУНТ, решить пример для взрослого, затем ПОДТВЕРДИТЬ УДАЛЕНИЕ. Нужен интернет. Так удаляются данные и на сервере, и на устройстве.
Можно и письмом на amrakitin@gmail.com с кодом профиля, но так удаляются только данные на сервере. Если игра осталась на iPhone, при следующем запуске с интернетом она создаст новый профиль с прогрессом, сохранённым на устройстве. Удаление самой игры с iPhone данные на сервере не удаляет. Что удаляется сразу, а что ограниченное время хранится в резервных копиях, описано в политике конфиденциальности.
Почему кузница не работает без интернета?
Рисунок обрабатывается на нашем сервере, поэтому для ковки нужен интернет. Без связи прогресс сохраняется на устройстве и уходит в облако, когда связь появится.
Сколько ковок в день?
3 бесплатные ковки в сутки. Счётчик обновляется в 03:00 по московскому времени (00:00 UTC). Дополнительные ковки можно заработать в башне Арены.
Я переустановил игру. Прогресс сохранится?
Да. На том же iPhone игра вернёт тот же профиль и облачное сохранение. Перенести профиль на другое устройство нельзя: он привязан к устройству.
Какие данные собирает игра?
Какие данные обрабатываются, где и сколько они хранятся и какие права есть у родителей, описано в политике конфиденциальности.

What to include in your email
- iPhone model and iOS version;
- game version:
ПРОФИЛЬ → ОБ ИГРЕ (Profile → About);
- profile code: the line «Гостевой профиль: …» (Guest profile) on the Profile screen;
- what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
If the player is a child, it is best if an adult writes the email.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up?
No. On first launch the game creates a guest profile by itself. No name, email or password is needed.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: ПРОФИЛЬ → УДАЛИТЬ АККАУНТ (Profile → Delete account), solve the problem for an adult, then ПОДТВЕРДИТЬ УДАЛЕНИЕ (Confirm deletion). An internet connection is required. This deletes the data both on the server and on the device.
You can also email amrakitin@gmail.com with your profile code, but this deletes only the data on the server. If the game is still on the iPhone, the next time it starts with an internet connection it will create a new profile with the progress saved on the device. Deleting the game itself from the iPhone does not delete data on the server. What is deleted immediately and what stays in backups for a limited time is described in the privacy policy.
Why doesn't the forge work offline?
The drawing is processed on our server, so forging needs an internet connection. Without a connection, progress is saved on the device and uploaded to the cloud once you are back online.
How many forges per day?
3 free forges per day. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC (03:00 Moscow time). Extra forges can be earned in the Arena tower.
I reinstalled the game. Will my progress be kept?
Yes. On the same iPhone the game restores the same profile and cloud save. A profile cannot be moved to another device: it is tied to the device.
What data does the game collect?
What data is processed, where and for how long it is kept, and what rights parents have is described in the privacy policy.
